◆All crystals you buy from us are quality guaranteed.
◆Crystals are great natural gifts from our mother earth and they have their own natural characteristics occasionally. It is very normal that they have some natural cracks or slight color difference from one to the other, which is a great record of their natural beauty. If you are looking for completely glossy or smooth crystals, we are not able to meet your needs.
◆If one crystal material we are selling is manmade, we will let you know in the product details. Please read carefully before you buy.
▼ Shipping
◆Shipping time is between 8-20 days. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track it on our website.
◆Due to some unseen conditions like bad weather, transportation control, national holidays, etc., the package may cost a little longer to arrive sometimes but this phenomenon seldom happens. Please keep this in mind.

◆At the moment, we do not accept returns of the boxes due to the high international shipping cost and high import tax required by our country.
▼Refunds
◆PLEASE FILM AN UNBOXING VIDEO.
We do NOT issue any kind of refund without an unboxing video to prove the condition of everything you received.
◆We only deal with the after-sale issues within SEVEN days after you receive your package.
◆We are responsible for damaged items. We will issue a full refund on broken crystals if they SHOW that they are broken in your UNBOXING VIDEO.
◆We are not responsible for preferences or dissatisfaction based on personal subjunctive assessment.
◆We do not issue refunds on orders with incorrect addresses or phone numbers. Please fill in the correct shipping information carefully to make sure the box can be delivered successfully.
◆We are responsible for packages with correct shipping info but still lost during the shipping process before being delivered. We will issue a full refund if this situation happens.
◆We are not responsible for successfully delivered but lost or stolen packages. But if this problem occurs, please contact us. We will try our best to solve it for you.
