We do NOT issue any kind of refund without an unboxing video to prove the condition of everything you received.

◆We are responsible for damaged items. We will issue a full refund on broken crystals if they SHOW that they are broken in your UNBOXING VIDEO.

◆We do not issue refunds on orders with incorrect addresses or phone numbers. Please fill in the correct shipping information carefully to make sure the box can be delivered successfully.
◆We are responsible for packages with correct shipping info but still lost during the shipping process before being delivered. We will issue a full refund if this situation happens.
